Description

During a brief study break, I felt the need to make something quite different than my usual fan-art drivel; I also wanted to play around with Corel Painter since I hadn't used it much and it came with my tablet.

ANYWAYS...
The premise:
I believe sometime during Fall of last year, there was a *leonid meteor shower that was clearly viewable (correct me if I'm wrong... I'm not sure if it was definitely this kind of meteor shower or not). Me and a few friends went to go see it, and I remember thinking to myself, this would make a great painting! soo... I finally got around to making one! ^_^
My campus has some of the most gorgeous views, both during the day AND at night. It was really nice and dark outside, so the sky was easily viewed, and we saw some really great shooting stars! And I swear... the land profile really looks like that. I see it everyday, so I guess I would know...
Anyways, so I drew it up for kicks... Although I proly should of added more than just one person in the picture. XD
It was a fun experiment, and a GREAT way to procrastinate... STINKING FINALS!!! D8<

other words i use a lot i like: GINORMOUS. SMARTICLE. CLOOT. FANTABULISTICAL. SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPEALIDOCIOUS. BERSERK. DISCOMBOBULATED. Whaddya think of those words?

Haha, the hills and coast are indeed gorgeous... But the price is that EVERYTHING is on a hill... Which makes walking to class really annoying. >.<
Anyways, thanks so much! I had lots of fun playing around with the simulated traditional media brushes! 8)
