Hoppin' Across the Skyline

This one's rather cartoony. But it seemed perfect for the subject matter. :B

Request for on DA's OC, Wing, and Sly Cooper. He's another character I'm really not familiar with. I hope he's at least recognizable, because I went more with my style on him rather than the original. :O
He seems to be a thief or something, so I figured night-time spelunking across the rooftops would be an appropriate activity for them together. Like I said, I don't really know much about the character.

I was gonna do cel-shading, but then decided to just use the marker tool on SAI. I dunno, looks cool to me. :D
