Well, its a picture of a creature i made up called a Draconian Pegasoi, and her name is Khisanth. I drew it in pencil, and colored it in photoshop. What do you think?

This is very good. The colours are great and the swirly designs look beautiful. I think she would look better without the huge fang though. It doesn't look right.
