hehe... It's cute! I'm kind of against ppl using a reference to copy directly, but oh well. The hair is colored nicely and I like the black thing that connects to the skirt. The eyes look relaly pretty! You might want to practice more with hands though, they look kind of odd. They're probably drawn correctly, but I'm just kind of picky about them.
