his face is still too wide.his body i still too boxy.
the shading...there is no shading -- work on that.
the face is exactly the same as your previous picture, what did you do, trace it?
other than that, it's not bad for an attempt.
i'm not a fan of nickelodeon characters, not at all. american cartoons are so disorted. anime is better.
