Yes. that's Baby Turles. Why? Because he got hit with the baby ray? x3 Naaah, I dunno, I just wanted to draw a baby Turles. I like how Broly came out here. :)

I wanted a concept of Teen/Adult person (Broly) caring for a creature smaller and weaker than them (Baby Turles). The adult has to care for the baby they find crawling around the muck, much to their chagrin... at first.

I can explain it to you in so many ways, but it's all gonna mean the same. So, in a nutshell -- they become attached.

They're actually walking... Well, Broly is, and he's carrying Baby Turles with him as he looks at all the cool, fancy lights of the city (Or whatever you want!).

And All Through the Night by Cyndi Lauper really brings up emotion in the song, yo. :3
