The first think I got when I looked at this was the great combination of colour- it really grabbed my attention!I love her hair- it has such great flow to it, just whipping in the wind. I also love her outfit; it's so cute and you did an excellent job on the ribbons and clothing folds.
And she has no face. I love it when people don't have faces- it's a bold statement and it makes a person look twice at the drawing.
Oh, and her feet look great; very dainty.

WOW. That is VERY cool. I love all the flowy-ness with the hair, and all the ribbons on her outfit are fantabulous. Great job with this one. ^_^
