Naruto's long lost cousin (Hikaru)

sorry if it's sloppy I haven't quite fingered out how to draw in photo-shop so I had to go back and forth bwt ms paint and photo-shop
Yes I know I have a lot of oc-_- that's just cuz i come up with a lot of ideas. and it's my boredom's fault anyway this is naruto's cousin and her name is HIKARU she was born in the village of light but moved to Konoha where she went to the hokages office and to be greated by none other than the 4th hokage (yes in the mange and anime he dead but i feel like putting him in the story to fill in blanks so :P)and as we all he's naruto's father and if you didn't I'm sorry for the spoiler
oh and before i forget she going to fall in love with neji ^_^
