in the anime, Hiei's hair has a blue-ish streaked contour

Wow!the way you drew the cherry blossom tree reminds me of how I drew the leaves in one of my pictures.Even though I'm sort of an accuracy Nazi(I'm not racist;just have a desire fanart to be as accurate as possible)*cough*Hiei is not that tall;he's four feet ten inches*cough*I like the smoothness and shading.

No offense,but the background looks sort of cheaply made.Filter>Render>Clouds and the grass brush aren't very efficent.I suggest changing the Hue/Saturation jitter and other factors in the Brush Presets.Varying the size of the leaves of grass would make it look a little more natural.As for the clouds,I think the colors should vary more;some dodging and burning would spice them up.

In general,the characters look well drawn.
