Testing The Waters

Um Yeah I was just messing around with my new Imac and Decided to test the waters on my tablet, So I drew and colored it on Photoshop elements 3. Not very good, The hair is weird....but as for the color I just wanted to do something bright. It's supposed to be a blurry picture so don't question me on that. My new art would be better if I could handle the tablet better, eh I'll get the hang of it! Till Then this is just a test.
