I think the drawing looks interesting actually and that the colouring could probably use a bit of work more than anything. I love than manga feel to it though so great job on that account.

Well, I don't watch Sailor Moon much, but it seems that you've captured Venus quite good. ^_^ Well, from what I've seen of the show. And for using markers, you did a fantastic job with coloring it. What kind of markers are they? I could never color with any kind of marker that way, and I'm slightly envious at the moment - but consider that a good thing.
