OC: Vladmir Zaitsev

This is my second character that i made from scratch and go figure he's vassili's brother. there's not much to vlad except that he hates living in canada and refuses to talk to me or my friends unlike vassili, actually he refuses to talk to anyone except his family....so ya he's a stubborn @$$ basically.
