Tir gets "the talk"

Okay, so I was bored last night and this is what happened...I was going to have Tir give Billy the talk but then I thought it would be finnier if billy gave the talk since Tir is older and looks like he should have more experience in the subject! Since I was lazy, the drawings aren't very good and the words are sloppy. heres what it says for those of you who can't ready my horrible handwriting!<br />
