Okay, so the consensus is pretty much that Rem is female from the English dub, and I was quite happy to just assume that as truth, she was pretty cool. But THEN... I watched the Death Note movies, and Rem has a male voice. I havent seen the original Japanese anime, so I don't know if it's the same voice, but it threw me a bit.
Cant decide which I like more now, Rem as male or female... hmmm.
Anyway, this only took about 90 mins, and I sorely need practice with female forms, and angles, and perspectives et cetera et cetera, so this was just me playing around.

Beautiful drawing. I like that you've made her male and female. The coloring is good. I like that you've combined the red background with blue and white. It's a good match. I allso like her pose very much.
