This is Vanilla from the Galaxy Angels anime series. She's with her stupid stuffed toy pet, Nomad. I'm not such a big fan of the series but I really liked this character. Pls. comment.

I love Vanilla she’s my favorite Galaxy Angel! As for Normad, I hate that stupid plushy chatterbox that never has anything nice to say about anyone but Vanilla. This is a great piece of art and I hope to see more from you in the future as well as a place for Galaxy Angel fan art.
