I draw on notebook paper, not because I do not have printer paper, but because it is a habit to draw on notebook paper.

Also, if you ever say "You should draw on higher quality expensive paper," one should note that notebook paper requires precisely measured inking/lines and a specific type of processing for school approval. Printer paper is just bleached. Notebook paper is more "expensive" in the long run.
