Sugar Sugar Rune: ??? Bishie

Another character from Moyoco Anno's manga, "Sugar Sugar Rune", an anonymous bishie whose name I have not yet encountered; for you see, the manga pages that I read and used as a reference image were from a magazine that allowed you to see a sneak peek of the original manga, not the whole set. It stopped right at the point where he holds up that heart gem. Poo. Fanart intended to challenge school friends in English class. (BTW: bishie means "handsome character", right?)
