Dude, I found this weird neon outline edge thingy in GIMP2 and tested it out. It looks SO AWESOME. ^ ^
This is an edit of my old pic, Poison. I cleaned it up in MS Paint and played with it in GIMP2. Yup.
I'm home alone. My parents don't trust me much, so I'm not supposed to leave the house. And I havta keep both doors locked. And they said "Limit the cooking." Because yeah...THEY DON'T TRUST ME. Hee hee, can't blame them.
So yeah, you've seen what an amateur artist can do with GIMP2. Now you go download it and try! Just Google it and you should find the free download. ALL IT COSTS IS TIME. And it will not go haywire after 30 days. I've had this program for way longer than that.
