The detail, shading, coloring is so very nice! And I've never tried any program besides Paint. It looks just like him, how very cute indeed! Though, some of the lineart seems on and off in areas, some fat and then skinny. It's what I found there, that you could work on, try to make it look cleaner, unless that's what you were trying to do, then nevermind. Great job!
