2. has to be in cool colors only<br />
3. has to be colored, will allow black and grey<br />
4. you have to use colored pencils or crayon or any color device<br />
5. you CONNOT use photoshop elements, or any computer program. it must be done on paper<br />
6. the dragon has to have arms or legs<br />

winners:<br />
1st place= gets there name in the hall of fame, and gets 3 reqests from me<br />
2nd place= gets 2 requests from me<br />
3rd place= gets 1 reqest from me<br />
4- below= sorry, better luck next time<br />
this contest ends on April 2nd

Oops..I guess I forgot to tell you that I entered. The only thing I CAN'T do that you require is coloring it. It's too detailed. I hope you don't mind. It's black and grey though, so suppose that does count for something. Sorry if it's not as good as it's supposed to be.-Kitti-chan/Cheese-chan & Roxas-kun
