here is my new naruto oc Sakota.

name: Sakota

sakota is from the leaf village. She can control people with hidden wires in her metal braclet and ancle braclets, although the wires are not strong but when she runs her chakra into them the wires bury them selves into the person. Making it harder for the victim to get control.

discription: voilet eyes, black hair, wears a mask and (more info to come)painring with Kankuro (sp?)
