For all the Soldiers

Well. Your cousins? It's an OMG kind of thing. I never thought... My whole family is against joining the army. They wouldn't let me even if I wanted to, so... It's nearly impossible to think that my friend might have cousins in the army. The closest I've ever been to the army was when those Navy guys came to our school for a few days. My uncle got blown up by a mine in Vietnam, but he's still alive.

Still... At least we are trying to do good over there.

And I had a different uncle who worked artillery in Operation Desert Storm, but he quit the army. And I'm almost rambling now, aren't I?

it's ok ^^ also my uncles, and both my grandfathers, were in the army at one point...

Nobody I know personally is in the war right now, but my dad was in the coast guard during the Vietnam war, and my grandfather was in the Korean war. I hope everyone comes back from Iraq in one piece. *moment of silence*
