HE LIVES!!! ok.. there was an incident with the other picture, so i had to re-do him, so here he is!!!!! Neo the Porcuhog!!
Neo is a hybrid from the future who comes back in time to Save Twilight and Lightning from a mistake that would have cost them their lives, a mistake that would have caused the Hybrid Nation movement to fail, so the Hybrids would still be hated thoughout Mobius.
Neo is a Technopath, which means he can control and manipulate technology. He can instantly assemble or disassemble any sort of machine, and he uses his ability both offensively and defensively.
