nice pic, as you know or should know I LOVE dragons! I like this one it's interesting...not it a bad way so don't get me wrong. Kinda reminds me of Rouge the Bat with that sensual almost seductive gleam in her eye. but this dragons are supposed to be mezmorizing so that look is a great way to draw peoples attention to them(her eyes that is). Very clever, very good job. ^_^

My advice would be to color the blue in lightly without any "furry" streaks first, and then go over it like you did to make it look like fur..... Did that make any sense? O.o Amazing job!
