oooo!!! I love the pose she's making, its so neat!!! And the way her skirt-thing appears to be swaying... The motion looks good too!
One thing: her arms look a tad bit too short... at least the one going straight up does... The other one isn't so bad though. I still think the overall pose is awesome though! Great job!

yeah, i realized the arm thing after i colored it.... i guess i could say she's bending her elbow away from you so it LOOKS shorter >.> darn you, reference pic! *shakes fist*
