yeeesss I did make this X3 hahaha, I just really needed something to draw and when I looked over the roleplay between me and wagz20 again, I knew what I wanted to do! Akako is trying to be strong and passionate, but you see, she's actually scared out of her mind. Not of Akumu, but of the fear of being heart broken again. She suffered so badly from Tatsuo betraying her that she never wanted to love again. When she fell in love with Akumu, and I mean MADLY in love, she was too scared to admit it. She waited until he confessed he loved her before she ever said anything about it.

But god knows Jaakuna is going to have to come in and destroy any happiness Akako has left. More then likely, Jaakuna will try to finish the job she was supposed to do before when Akako fell in love with Tatsuo...or even worse...Tatsuo coming back x_x after all, he is as old as Akako and he's still living. Geez that would be bad >_> Tatsuo is this incredibly handsome human who betrayed Akako for immortality. He is smart and very skilled at fighting, and he uses his charm to get himself out of any situation he's in. I doubt his charm will be working on Akako anymore though. But, seeing Tatsuo again might cause Akako to have a major break down o.O

wagz20LOL, was just giving ya a idea to do something like this! o.O mental bond, lol. very nice pic, but ya can still work on muscle shape, Akumu looks a little weak. so work on shape of his arms and his chest isn't as puffed out as it usually is. urgh, they properly will have to worry about a lot of people trying to ruin them Jaakuna and Dokuga, and it would really suck if Tatsuo came back. lol, man i was surprised I could keep up with you during that role play, you having experience as a romance writer and all and I was just trying to think romantic while still keeping to Akumu's character, lol, they both went from teasing to completely serious    and confessed alot about each other.

melina678hahaha I'm so used to drawing skinny guys! XD lol, you did good! I was worried you would just give up and stop the roleplay but you kept going =) didn't go for long, but hell it was late. It was actually difficult to think up romantic things for Akako and still keep her in character as well. Most people would NEVER suspect her of being that gentle and kind, that's the shocking part. She doesn't like that side of her to show because it's almost like a weakness her enemies can feed off of and use against her.

True, they did confess a lot to each other. Akako still kept a lot of stuff hidden though, mostly because she felt it wasn't the right time just yet. She's not fully open to Akumu, and that's just because of her history with relationships. She's still scared, but she's trying her best to open up. Poor thing =(

wagz20yeah, well I have a lot anatomy books and have been practicing muscles for a long time, so the whole strong man thing is still pretty new for you so don't worry about it. lol, and thanks! I was starting to run out of things to say and it was getting pretty late, so I didn't want to say something too stupid or corny because I was tired, so I tried to end it smoothly than suddenly. yeah Akumu is always the invincible tough guy that never breaks down or admits his weakness to others, so I was pretty surprised that I had him confess so much.

and Akumu would understand, he'll properly try to help her feel more trust toward him and more comfortable to eventually confess more when she's ready.

melina678hahaha, I'm always worried about Akako saying something corny or something not in her character. If Akumu hadn't admitted his feelings for her, she would have never said anything. Probably the things that would be hardest for Akako to tell Akumu is her fears. Some of her fears have left physical marks on her body. For example, the scar from the stab wound Jaakuna made. Near Akako's shoulder, there is a long scar from her shoulder that ends near her left breast. Jaakuna, in an attempt to kill Akako, tackled her while running one of her shadow blades right through Akako. It missed her heart by mere centimeters. If it had struck her heart dead on, she would have been instantly killed. Jaakuna thought she had succeeded in killing Akako, so she left the body with the blade still through it.
Akako, barely alive, ripped the blade out of her chest and crawled to shelter. She had to make a slow and difficult recovery. Being so close to death just...terrified her. Akako only told Akumu a tiny bit of the story of the night they confessed alot about each other. She was going to tell him more, but instantly stopped herself and just ended it with, "The day I could think on my own, Jaakuna was sent out to destroy me *slowly opens her eyes* she came very close *places a hand over her own heart* if she had succeeded...*turns to look up at him* I wouldn't be here with you now."

Another thing that would be hard for her to talk about is her guilt. One of the most emotionally devistating things she did was pretty much burn a man alive. He was trying to warn the village of her presence and she had to silence him quickly. She grabbed his face and sunk her nails into his skin. Her hands became as hot as the hottest flame and she just watched as his flesh just boiling and seemed to slid right off of his skeleton. He kept screaming and screaming as flames started appearing out of his eyes. He tried clawing her hands away, but she seemed frozen there. It was if her body went into a state of shock and she couldn't snap out of it. By the time she let the man go, he was nothing but a skull on a body. There are scars on her wrists and arms where he had tried to pry her off of him. Gruesome, right? That's how Akako started to develope Blue Fire, which is the hottest flame she can control.

Yes, Akako's past holds incredibly dark memories, which is why she feels like she can understand Akumu when he tells her his past. That's one of things that makes her attracted to him, and that's because she knows he would understand her as well.

wagz20lol, I was actually thinking i played the "I love you" card too quickly but it seemed to work out just fine, it's pretty much what stared it all. Akumu doesn't have any markings on his body unless ya count the red facial markings on his face. If ya look at dokuga's pic again, you notice a scare running down his chest, where Akumu ran him through with Hoken "fire blade" back when they were still kids, killing him.

Again Akumu feels so guilty for what he did to his brother and for the Autumn of Ashes he can't even look at his face. he has a real issue with his self image, mentally if he ever sees his face it distorts into Berserk's face and all of faces of his victims of the Autumn of Ashes, remembering the faces of every single one before he killed them. during that time he would leave the whole village in flame, burning the forests and fields or just anything around it. he would burn and devour all livestock, Berserk influences him to be hungry, starving even, despite the fact that Akumu doesn't need to eat. he would actually cut off all the heads of all the dead villages and prop each of them on steaks and set them on fire, making them look like a bunch of touches, ugh, real gruesome. Akumu doesn't use blue fire, he wasn't allowed cause it was an ability reserved for the elders, like his father. he did learn to control lighting in his Chimidoro Baruto "blood stained bolt" tech. conducts lighting with the conductors on his wings and turns the electricity red and fires it from those spikes.
Akumu kind of did the same thing with Hibashiro, but didn't burn him alive, lol. Hibashiro disrespected him, which Akumu hates, and picked him up while griping his face letting his body dangle, and threatening to tear his face off and that he would never train him if he didn't show respect. then Chip demanded he put Hibashiro down, so he dropped him hard. and flew off.

I like the fact that Akumu's name means nightmare, because he has many because of his dark memories, no matter how hard he meddites to have peace in his troubled soul. so he feels that connection with Akako.

melina678lol, it was good because it got Akako to open up more. She does love Akumu, she's just having difficulty opening up. She sometimes feels like she could be so much better for him, but she just doesn't know how to change. Tatsuo had made her believe that she's not worth loving because she is a 'monster', so the fact that Akumu does share those types of feelings for her has her in disbelief. She's scared of losing him, so she wants to try to make him happy. Unfortunatly, because of the situations in his past, happiness isn't exactly an option. Akako understands that because she has the same problem, but she still wishes she could change things for him.

Another fear she's not sure about telling Akumu yet is exactly what Tatsuo used against her. The fear that Akumu doesn't really love her and he's only with her because of lustful urges. That would be like Tatsuo all over again. You have seen the way Tatsuo treats her now. Having to do that again would drive her to actually go to the Death Demon and beg to be destroyed. Hard to believe those kinds of emotions are locked away in such a bad @$$, isn't it?
