preparing for a sculpture

this is a layout for a sculpture i'm preparing to make along with two of my closest friends. it will be life sized, and will be an accurate depiction of my original character, who we will be animating shortly. we want this sculpture to be an inspiration for us for when we are feeling like our project is going nowhere.
