Mattias Roxairre

Mattias Roxairre (pronounced Rocks-air) is the other character to a story created (but still procrastinating on actually writing it down X( ). He will be fully explained in future submissions (hopefully one of those submissions will be a story). He is a hoverboarder and those things on his back are called "Angel Wings" and are jets used to steer and accelerate.
