Basically designing a character. I changed the final design a lil' bit in the hair by adding blonde highlights and a little more playful look in the eyes and face to make her personality fit. She's alot like Haruko from FLCL (thus the name)...

I like her costume, and I love how you drew the wings. Plus, the boots kick @$$. The side profile looks a little off, but it's not bad. Good job!
