This is the scene from my story where Mikita was sitting on Kaede's roof away from everyone else in order to think. She wondered, "How am I ever going to separate from this mortal?" About that time, Rena came to comfort her and wrapped Mikita's tail around herself for closeness and comfort. It is the point where Mikita finally begins to tolerate the kitten. When she looks into Rena's eyes, she becomes much calmer and comforted, seeing the kitten's gentle nature. Mikita is the closest to a mother that the kitten has. <br />

Mikita's pose was inspired by Kagome's pose on one of the theme songs. <br />

Well, I didn't intend them to look like Kagome and Kirara. I just drew them in their styles. Rena has one long tail instead of two like Kirara, and Mikita has ears and a tail unlike Kagome. Plus, her hair style is different in the bangs area. Mikita may also resemble Kagome because Kagome is trapped inside Mikita. (From my story Deceiver's Stone.)
