Nice piccie. I particularly like her pose and her eyes. I like the flowers in the corners too, they make a nice frame around the subject.

If you want suggestions for improvement, I think it needs a definite light source(s). Judging from her torso it looks like the light is coming from the right hand side, but on her neck it is from the left, and other parts are just all over. Good shading would help to bring out depth to her torso, the folds in her scarfe, etc.

Overall it's a nice piccie, especially for a first try at Photoshop. Keep up the good work.
