I like the dress. However, I think you should practice drawing the human body. I know you're just 12 (you are, right, or did I missread your profile?), and I know that I didn't have a very firm grasp on human anatomy when I was 12. But it's never too early to start practicing. My tip is to copy photographs (but don't post them on fac, I don't if that's against the rules or not). You learn alot from that.
