"I couldn't hold back anymore"

RAWR...so this is my first post. the quality is not the best in the coloring area because i left my prisma colors...somewhere...and I was having some sort of mental battle with the colored pencils i was forced to use. you know the crappy ones that come in art kits? ugh...ANYWAYS<br />
explaination for this picture. basically it's a scene from a story i was writing about two teenagers in love, and who had dated for a really long time. they were each others "first" everythings. After Some unfortunate events the boys mother(who is a crazy alcoholic) bans him from having contact with this girl unless they can just be friends, because she feels he is wasting his youth on one girl, who she hates anyways. He agrees to this hoping it is just a tempory laspe, or alcohol influeced nonsense, but to his horror he is set up on a date with a girl he doesn't really care for but who is quiet infatuated with him. this girl, melody, is the oposite of his love in every way. <br />
Despite all this, his mother's crazy threats still fresh in his mind, he desides to "date her" which he does for about two weeks. I use the term date loosly because he refuses even to give her a two armed hug. Melody, thinking him shy, just waits for him to become comfortable with her. She invites him to a party hoping to loosen him up.<br />
Before the party he is hanging out with his ex-girlfriend, for which his feelings have not changed, and everything he feels just kind of explodes. needless to say he does not show up for the party, and melody is about to get a little crazy herself...<br />
