I noticed that this image is a BMP. When you save an image in Paint or whatever, make sure you don't just type in ".jpg" or ".gif" as the file extension but that you actually select the appropriate format from the "Save As Type" dialog box. BMP's aren't supported around here due to their humongous filesizes (that image is 80kb, saved as a JPG or GIF it would easily fit in about 10kb), so make sure which format you save it in before uploading.
