NG, I see a great improvement here, especially with the clothing and body! Very good! I really like how you drew the shaded parts. Her uniform, NG, seriously I love how you did that!
And the inking, it's a very nice lining on her outfit. Though, on her hair it looks kind of messy there, work on that a bit. You should try inking the very outside of her hair, and maybe try shading the lines of detail into her hair, just a thought, so that you can erase the lines if you find that they don't look good. Most ink just can't be erased.. so don't worry too much about that, things like that happen..believe me, I still have trouble with ink too.
By the way, is she walking? Her legs seem a bit awkward, I think they should just part a little bit more, the point where the skirt ends, maybe I'm seeing it wrong.
So, I'll say it again, very nice job, NG! I would say practice more, but we all need practice! But you need to make sure those hands are going to rest, so don't work too hard at this point, only when you can find time.. kind of like how I do now. ^.^
