He's Back (redone!)

OKay, not much to say with this one...i was attempting to do a recent request and got a little frustrated, so decided to redo this since it sucks and well yeah...that's about it.  As always done in colored pencils and eventually will be smudged in photoshop.  I'd do it tonight, but my mom is yelling at me that she has to use the computer.
