Missing

Okay, this is one I have been working on the past couple of days.  It was a random inspiration I got while doing a request.  Aftershock came on a week or to prior, and I guess it was still in my head...  I recorded it...well, kinda...it was in Fast-mode and they sounded like a bunch of 'lil chipmunks...it was funny.  Usually when I watch Aftershock, my eyes never water until either the monologue by BB or when Starfire says, "I shall miss you, friend."  and this was no exception...I was just crying because I was laughing so hard my stomach hurt.  Anyway, I (and my sister, SladesSilverTear) always thought "Missing" by Evanescence fit Terra and how she might feel.  In fact, I probably shouldn't say anything, but Tina (my sis) might be doing a songfic with Missing soon.  But as soon as I had the base figure for the petrified Terra, I knew I wanted to use the Missing lyrics on the picture.  I would say more about the work, but I think the picture pretty much speaks for itself.  This is one of the only recent pictures I have done with a background, and the ones I've done in the past were just colored with Sharpie, so this was a bit of a stretch for me, and I really do love the way it came out.

PS: This should be rated for spoilers, but if you haven't heard about this by now, you live under a rock.  That was like three seasons ago, and she has returned (supposedly with no memory, but personally I think she is lying through her teeth...listen to the monologue at the end of "Things Change," and watch her body language and keep a sharp eye out for "little details" and see if you don't agree.  EX: when BB calls to Terra, then jumps out in front of her in the schoolyard, he doesn't say anything.  Before he can, she claims "you've got the wrong girl."  Sure he calls to her before that, but if she didn't know her name was Terra, (a) she wouldn't've responded, and (b) there could've been a girl named Terra at the school that was standing nearby.)
