Umm... well, at least he can pull it off, right?<br />
I'm only going to assume he's undercover or something. And that that's Numbuh Three's kimono. How'd they get him in it though? It's not like he wouldn't do that without a fight.<br />
Anyway, this was referenced from an anime screenshot/art collection scan and, yes, the subject was a girl. I just saw it and thought 'Wallabee'!<br />
And I apologize for his apparent floating in midair. I got bored and lazy.<br />
As a note, as usual this was all done on Photoshop with a mouse, except for the original drawing. That was done on good old paper with a pencil.<br />
I discovered the pen tool!<br />
