Green Haired Girl

I made this on Photoshop with my Wacom tablet. I'm getting better with the tablet, I think. (My very first work looked abysmal!) But I still need to practice...
I don't know who she is or anything...it's just an OC I came up with. I asked my friend what his favorite colors are and so I made a girl with those colors. The collar was supposed to be orange but it became yellow for some reason. I dunno, don't ask. PS: Dodge tool + smudge tool = your friends. I dunno why I left the little color dots on the right either. I guess it's still a draft persay.
