Incomplete project redraw "Summer moons bathe"

I felt this picture could use a redraw since I used to think it was the best picture ever. I have always liked how well the colours complement one another but I feel the skill was lacking. 

It's also been a while since I added to my online documentation part (my scraps). I intend to treat my scraps area as my development area so keep watch if you like.
