Harley Quinn (Ever After High doll repaint 2)

Cool. I've wanted to try repainting dolls but haven't gotten to it yet so it's fun to see what you are doing. What did you use to color the hair on this? What kind of doll is it?
 

I used Sharpies on the hair. Unfortunately the blue ink looks a little green. Also the doll is Apple from the Ever After High series. 
You should do it. On my first image of the dolls I have a list of products I use. Though I'm just a beginner. 

I saw that list. now I'm considering what old dolls I have around here who could do with a new paint job....lol

one thing I do recommend is to try and do one layer at a time. With Harley here it's okay that her colour is muddy because of who she is but for other dolls this look isn't optimal. I also recommend spraying each layer in between each new colour added. And I recommend spraying the matte spray ad about minimum 10cm away very lightly. You can always add more but you can't take it off.
