The bend of her arm should be fixed. Its bends awkwardly, and maybe the hands should be bigger they seem a bit small for her. Everything else is Perfectly fine. Just keep on improving. You'll be the best artist . Practice makes perfect too. Don't be afraid to just sketch out pictures and practice on things like anatomy. Anatomy will really help you with poses and junk like that.
