Just Peachy

"A Peachy Portrait!

This was an experiment with oil pastels before my next art class of using them. Never used them before but I think I enjoy this media. I blended with my finger to get the colours to 'smudge'.

I did the hair a bit long and I had to darken it quite a lot because it was too similar to the colour of the body. I wanted to get a 'warm' feeling, so I added a few warm tones in front .......trying to get the effect of the glow from a fire!
