I'd really like to know how you got the cloud effect as translucent as that. I haven't used Paint Net much and so far haven't been able to get very far with the cloud effect. :(

It took me awhile too I had to add the cloud texture as a seperate layer beneath my pic and change the translucency of the pic a little took me awhile to get paint net down lol but I hope it helps

It's a cloud texture on the program I use (paint[dot]net) and it was a doodle but I went back cleaned up the lines and stuff lol
