I don't even know what I was thinking when I did this pic. I guess you could say I was wanting to practice anime teen Tony's hair. (Which looks oddly like Austria's)

I wanted to do something uber cute without being to ooc......... didn't work as well as I planned lol

I use the line tool to trace over my original piece lol nothing fancy or anything :D

No I don't use a tablet lol I just use my mouse :D It takes forever to do though
