An anonymous request for their OC, Heather, in jail

It took forever to find the inspiration for this, but I found it in the form of a piece of Vocaloid fanart I really enjoyed playing around with some effects that I haven't ever used before, and I layered the crap outta this piece lol.

I also played around with the characters clothing XD I hope they don't mind lol

I hope everyone likes it, because I spent a long while on this one

oooooOOOooohh! I like how dim the lighting is! It really adds to the pictures mood, as well as the eyes. The way they glow in the dark like that really puts a dramatice mood to it. xDD This is so awesome!
