If you saw the original version of this, you may have noticed that it was deleted because it didn't turn out very good in my opinion. I think that this version is better.

Anyway, the pic was inspired by the ending of one of the episodes "My Brother's Keeper" when Danny was soaring through the air. I'm actually not very pleased about this pic, but at least it's better than the original.

I absolutely adore this picture. So much I look at it every time I turn on my computer, it being my desktop. Where do you get the program you use to neatly color these pictures in?! Yer so good I love yer pics! I would be honored if you drew a Danny and Sam picture that I could describe right here:
(First the characters, then the action)
Sam wearing a black mini-skirt that can reveal black and red tube socks, mid-shin boots that are shining black leather, and designs on it of silver roses and crescents, a black shirt over her long-sleeve fishnet one, intricate silver cross designs over the regular black shirt. Oh, and Sam would have angel wings that are ebony black on the top layer, silver in the middle layer, and the very tips of the wings are moonlight. And Sam's eyes are tri-colored, black in the middle, melting into purple of her usual eye color, and then seeping into a baby blue color on the edge.
And to be vague all of a sudden for lack of imagination suddenly, Danny in Phantom mode.
Sam is being held by Danny, and holding her like a groom would do to a bride on their wedding night going home or whatever. You know, how the guy sweeps the girl off their feet... I'm sure you know what I mean. Yes I am being as descriptive as I can as this is almost directly from my story and would GREATLY appreciate it if you did (although I understand if you don't want to), cuz I know you can do this better than I can. ^__^ Keep up da great work!

I decided to watch Danny Phantom just because of the pictures I saw here! As soon as I saw them, I thought "What a cool character! I'm going to watch that show!" (Plus his name is Danny, which is for unknown reasons immeasurably cool) But I can't find the show any more! *cries* I look at all the TV schedules and it's nowehre to be seen! AND I ONLY SAW TWO EPISODES :(

What I do is I spend 15 or 20 minutes drawing the pic on my sketchpad with the image in my mind, clean the lines up with an animator pen, scan it into the computer, bring it into a program called Adobe Illustrator 10 to draw over it, color it on the same program, and finally apply special effects. The process usually takes 1 to 3 hours for pics such as this, but for comics it could take a few days.
As for coming up with ideas, the answer to that is so boring and simple that it’s a little ridiculous to write details for: sit at my desk, push my sunglasses up the bridge of my nose, and just let my mind wonder.
Thanks so much for the comment! I’ll be making artwork constantly this summer.
