I did this on Ms paint on my pc and it took hours..there's no dodge and burn or blur tools on paint so you have to do each thing pixel by pixel..eeek! It took me hours but he's worth it!

Wow, thats awesome on paint i can never have the patenice for that! Thats why i downloaded PSP and PS and pratice on em.

I could tell you did this on paint, but It's pretty good for paint! YOu really take your time! The hair's amazing! WOW! I know paint hassles! .::favs::.
