Tis is Jimmeh my dragon OC. Yes he does NOT have front arms, but that is because of the type of dragon he is. And he has lighting breath like in the picture. I made it on iscribble.net. PLEASE COMMENT!!!! Thanx. :D I luff my work! :D <----another happy face xD ♥

LOLOL the fur and design is very cute! Also the style suits it well and the lightning breath is very creative! The background is really neat and I also muchly love the eye! The color scheme of blue, green, and yellow go together quite well!
