Akatsuki OC update

The updated version of my akatsuki character, plus my try at making a new akatsuki cloak. Hope you like it.


Cho has always seen the rain, ever since he was born, he doesn't know how or why but, the truth is concealed under those bandages. He is a missing-nin from the village hidden in cloud and ever since his birth he had the ability to make storms. And in turn, he is very adept at lightning jutsus, showing the ability to from limbs made out of electricity as well as clones. He also is very educated about the human nerve system and can use it to paralyze or even cripple his enemies.
Beore leaving his village, Cho had become an assassin for hire and killed his comrades. But ironically he joined akatsuki to atone for his life by aiding them. He wholeheartedly believes in the group and it's members,expecting nothing less than perfect from them.But he personally refuses to kill anyone unless he knows what they are guilty of. The bandages on his face contain a seal to suppress his left eye's power. When here moves it he is unable to control his storm jutsus and makes a huge thunder storm, this is one of his finishing moves because it augments his attacks and allows him to use more chakra.
